Dr. Gregory was great. Very professional and caring. Let me know what she was going to do each step of the examination. Fully explained what I needed to do and explained the upcoming procedure in detail. I would definitely recommend her!

I felt very much at ease with the good Doctor. My issue was one of mastoid maintenance on my right ear. Considering, I had been through this exercise many time in the past. I must say, the Doctor knew exactly how to deal with my condition with painless (for the first time ever) and a very exacting procedure. The pain I did have was one of impacting throbing pressure. When I left the medical center I was without pain and happy I made the choice to get an appointment. And that was also very nice to be able to go on-line and see an open appointment for the very next day. WOW!

He was thorough, appointment was not rushed at all. I actually came to him as a second opinion and I learned more after this one appointment than I did from 3 appointments with a different ent. Office staff was very friendly too!
